Stockers are required to possess basic math and reading skills as well as complete all Walmart training programs. Sales Associate Sales Associates will properly zone and manage their assigned sales area by assisting customers through prompt assistance, locating items and treating every request and assignment with urgency. When necessary, employees should be able to handle the register and lift objects up to 50 pounds. Regarding qualifications, basic math, reading and writing skills are essential, and employees must complete Walmart training programs.
