[Job Summary]
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overseas Sales & Partnership Manager to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing and managing international sales, procurement, and partnerships within the defense industry.
[Responsibilities]
• Sales & Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on defense and security sectors.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and international partners.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Procurement & Supply Chain Management:
* Source and evaluate international suppliers for critical components and materials.
* Negotiate favorable contracts and ensure timely delivery of procured goods.
* Manage international logistics and customs clearance processes.
* Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Partnership Development & Management:
* Identify and establish strategic partnerships with international companies and organizations.
* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Foster collaborative relationships with partners to drive joint business development initiatives.
* manage technology transfers with partner companies.
• Market Research & Analysis:
* Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in international markets.
* Provide regular reports and analysis on market conditions and sales performance.
* analyze international defense procurement trends.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant export control regulations and international trade laws.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international business activities.
* manage ITAR, and other export control regulations.
[Qualifications]
* Bachelor's degree in ME, AE, EE or Business Administration
* Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas sales, procurement, or partnership development within the defense industry.
* Strong technical understanding of UAS, AI, and defense technologies.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful partnerships.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable.
* Ability to travel internationally as required.
* Strong understanding of international trade laws and export control regulations.
* Experience in dealing with international government agencies.
