Hearth and Home Technologies (HHT) in Lake City, MN is currently adding a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to our team. This position will be an on-site role due to engagement with our team and employees. HHT is the world’s largest manufacturer of hearth products (gas, electric and wood burning fireplaces, as well as Stoves) with a long history of exceptional products and customer satisfaction.
This Sr. HR Generalist impacts a broad range of HR-related responsibilities and is a critical partner within the HR team and business. This position engages in every aspect of the employee life cycle and provides a wide range of activities and support to many programs and processes including; hiring in a high-volume environment, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, employee development and training, employee relations, compensation, policy development, reporting, and building talent pipelines in the community. This role must be well-versed in employment laws and standards, and compliance. The HR Generalist will also be involved with HR projects to support continuous improvement and operational efficiencies to enhance business results.
