Job Description

The Sports and Entertainment team at Conill Advertising is seeking an Account Coordinator (AC) to support the Sports & Entertainment team in day-to-day client business management across all client projects and assignments relating to influencer marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events. This person will be responsible for a wide number of tasks and projects including assisting in maintaining relations with clients, talent, vendors and partners; managing day to day deliverables and projects across multiple clients; and collaborating with internal teams including Social, Media, Production, Legal, PR and Account Management in order to meet and exceed client goals and KPIs; The AC must have a deep understanding of pop culture, social media trends, entertainment and sports. This person ideally is a quick thinker who is able to build upon strategic ideas and plans and implement into actionable results. The candidate has outstanding project management skills, has a can-do attitude, is willing to learn and is fluent in English/Spanish. Responsibilities

  • Day to day project management of all advertising activities in relation to influencer marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorships and event management.
  • Research, source and assist in contracting talent, influencers, events, and sponsorships that fit target demographics and meet client goals and KPI’s
  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent managers, agents, record labels, sponsors, event management vendors, etc.
  • Maintain and update weekly status grid for all projects and campaigns within the Sports & Entertainment department
  • Collaborate with agency departments including Legal, Social, Media, Production, Account Management and PR
  • Creates information one-sheets for Influencer recommendations
  • Maintains monthly competitive, project and budget reports including client contact reports and campaign completion reports.
  • Maintains Influencer Marketing contract status grid and FTC compliance tracking documents
  • Responsible for registering talent for payment, submitting invoices and managing budget process for Influencers, Sponsors and vendors
  • Has a pulse on trends, influencers, leaders in the influencer marketing and event management companies. Is an expert in the subject area and is always learning what is the latest in order to help the department grow
  • Experience in a metric-based performance evaluation environment.

  • Proven attention to detail and timely follow-up
  • Knowledge of influencer management, contract negotiations and agency processes
  • Proficient with computer software skills (internet, email, GSuite, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • In-office and remote communications / reporting
  • Up to 30-50% travel may be involved to remote locations for extended periods

Experience

  • College degree required
  • Experience required in entertainment, hospitality, sponsorship, influencer marketing or event management.
  • Agency/Account experience is a plus
