As the Social Media Manager at CADSharp, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media plans to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. We are looking for a creative individual with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends to help us drive the company's social media marketing efforts to the next level.

• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice
• Create, curate, and share engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics
• Monitor social media channels for trends, sentiment, and customer feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments
• Analyze social media data and generate insights to optimize content strategy and improve performance
• Keep up to date with social media best practices, platforms, and trends, and implement emerging tools and features to maximize results
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Strong knowledge of content creation, curation, and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in social media management and analytics tools
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
