Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Plumber with 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience and a valid Journeyman Plumber's License . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems in commercial settings and will be responsible for performing installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water, drainage, and gas lines.
  • Diagnose plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and other issues, and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems.
  • Work with various tools and equipment used in plumbing, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed on larger projects.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints and plumbing schematics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering client inquiries and providing clear explanations of services performed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial plumbing .
  • Valid Journeyman Plumber's License .
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and commercial plumbing codes.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various conditions.
