Job Details Job Summary:
The Senior Treasury and Financial Analyst will be responsible for crafting and implementing treasury strategies that align with the organization's financial goals. Key duties include evaluating financial risks, enhancing cash management processes, and identifying improvement opportunities. The role involves executing detailed financial analysis and modeling for both Treasury and FP&A projects, which may include assessing the impact of different financial scenarios, determining the feasibility of investment opportunities, and analyzing regulatory changes.
Essential Functions:
Manage daily cash operations, determine funding needs, manage debt payments, and invest excess cash.
Conduct monthly meetings to review cash positions.
Prepare quarterly compliance reports for all Treasury Management activities to ensure adherence to both external and internal standards.
Oversee the treasury cash forecasting process by collaborating with business units to analyze and consolidate forecasts.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to stay informed about potential cash impacts.
Assist with the overall management of insurance and annual renewals.
Consolidate the annual budget plan based on validated assumptions and assist in preparing related presentations/deliverables for senior leadership.
Coordinate monthly forecasting using key drivers and trend analysis, and meet with cross-functional partners regarding economic and external factors.
Analyze monthly and quarterly operating results against budget targets to understand variances across the organization.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; MBA, CPA, or CTP preferred.
3-4 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, or FP&A preferred.
Exceptional quantitative skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience building financial models for M&A, new products, and financial statements.
