Job Description

Pay Range: $47,000 to $55,000 per year (depending on experience).

Job Description :

As the Regional Manager at Extrity Services, you play a vital role in overseeing the operations and management of multiple client sites within the region. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing team performance, ensuring service excellence, and upholding Extrity Services' commitment to security and professionalism. This is a hybrid position; you will be required to be onsite, as well as able to work remotely depending on needs.

What You'll Be Doing :
  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules to ensure all employees arrive on time for their shifts, with particular attention to overnight shifts.
  • Communicate schedules to employees through phone calls and text messages daily or coordinate the field supervisor to do so.
  • Handle scheduling challenges, including accommodating employee requests for schedule changes based on personal circumstances or college commitments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the regional team, fostering strong relationships with employees.
  • Collaborate with the Operations department to distribute the finalized schedule to clients.
  • Step in to cover shifts and provide on-site support as necessary to ensure seamless operations within your team(s).
  • Engage in ongoing recruiting efforts to hire reliable and committed security professionals.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing employees, including sending emails to assess availability and interest in additional shifts.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients at the assigned sites.
  • Handle client inquiries, promptly address concerns, and ensure smooth operations at the assigned sites.
  • Cover shifts and/or stand on post as needed among your team(s).
  • Utilize software tools such as TrackTik, Slack, Google Suite, and Rippling (HRIS) to facilitate scheduling and communication with employees.
  • Complete and monitor the comprehensive onboarding process with new hires, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates in person.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each site, establishing rapport with employees and guiding them on how to do so with guests by using their first names.
  • Coach and develop field supervisors and team leaders, enhancing their leadership and management skills.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to supervisors, ensuring they are equipped to lead their teams effectively.

  • Experience in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational processes and procedures.
