Responsibilities:

Rush Order Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of our service offerings. The Project Manager is the face of our organization and owns the entire client relationship and the execution of all services in support of client needs.

As part of our team, you will work as an outsourced e-commerce account manager, specializing in order fulfillment and operations for multiple clients. This is one of the few opportunities to work simultaneously with a variety of Silicon Valley's most exciting hardware product companies.

A successful Project Manager expects the unexpected, find solutions to ambiguous problems, and is available to help their client with whatever needs arise. At a minimum, this includes direct client contact, business planning, procedure creation, internal staff training and management, and delivering account review presentations.

Over the next several years, we look to train you in every component of our business so you can contribute to our continued growth. It will be exciting, fast-paced work, with lots of new challenges, but you will work alongside a group of seasoned pros who are genuinely interested in helping you succeed.

Qualifications:

Candidates must demonstrate a history of success and a drive to build a career. We require:

• Exceptional ability to work across multiple business disciplines
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize during a very busy day
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Eager to help and willing to take initiative
• Strong curiosity to understand how things work
• Conduct research and turn problems into opportunities and solutions
• Strong planning skills and natural attention to detail

A college degree is preferred but not required. Your success will be much more dependent on clear thinking, excellent communication skills, and a natural desire to deliver on your promises.

Many Project Managers have continued with long and fulfilling careers at Rush Order. Others have advanced in a number of roles in consumer tech, IT, operations, research, and consulting.
