Compensation:
$51,000 - $56,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lawyers in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, participating in client meetings, filing motions, conducting legal research, and coordinating witness arrangements.
Conduct interviews with clients to gather essential information regarding their legal issues.
Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and maintaining an organized case filing system to ensure documents are easily accessible.
Coordinate office activities, including drafting subpoenas and liaising with process servers.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the supervision of an attorney.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in writing and grammar.
Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program is strongly preferred.
An ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, such as an Associate's degree or a proprietary school program in paralegal studies, is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience providing legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
