With minimal supervision, The Sales Representative focus on growing and driving strategic sales through various channels of email, tradeshows and phone outreach. Key responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, all while being self-reliant in achieving these goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue 3-5 new leads weekly via email, phone calls and direct marketing.
  • Enter all pipeline information in CRM (Calls, Emails, Leads, proposals, Quotes, tasks and follow up)
  • Comply with pipeline metrics to be defined (How many calls, emails, leads, quotes…) on a daily / weekly and monthly basis for prospects
  • Visiting locations and accounts as needed.
  • Manages time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on schedule, submitting weekly reports to CEO.
  • Establishes short- and long-term goals with management to reach quarterly and annual quotas, help create a clear pathway to achieving those set goals given.
  • Consultative Sales: Offer tailored solutions through a consultative approach.
  • Virtual Meetings: Conduct Zoom calls as necessary for client engagement.
  • Client Engagement: Develop ongoing relationships with existing customers to uncover additional sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Enter and manage customer data and orders effectively.
  • Invoicing Assistance: Follow up on service issues and support the finance team with invoice payments when clients are not obeying their terms.
  • Referral Requests: Actively seek recommendations from clients for future business.
  • Pursue and attend trade shows to secure new contacts geared towards new account sale quotas.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable about equipment sales and expectations of production and delivery times.
  • Support and effectively communicate with iMedical team for workflow efficiency following the correct processes accordingly in Acumatica.
  • Conveys information to customers in a clear, compelling way that will positively affect their thoughts and actions. Identifies, qualifies, and closes business opportunities and demonstrates an ability to strategically assess and approach a customer to optimize and execute a sales plan.
  • Keeps customer commitments, resolves customer problems, and exceeds customer expectations. Effectively manages internal sales process by leveraging appropriate resources. Conducts business reviews with customers after each sale through surveys or other types of feedback platforms.
  • Manages external customer relationships (doctors, hospitals, and surgery center personnel) through regularly calling on client locations and updating notes using the CRM and Acumatica systems.
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of customer needs and challenges to effectively deliver insights during each customer interaction.
  • Establish, maintain, and foster positive harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Demonstrates professional leadership to all iMedical staff, customers and vendors, leads by example and creates a positive working environment.
  • Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license. Must have a safe driving record based on iMedical’s policies.
