We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager in the Phoenix, Arizona market. Possibility of working remotely.

Job Description

• Oversee and work with Contact Center Manager to ensure issued lead goals are reached daily
• Oversee and work with Show / Event Manager to ensure goals are reached monthly
• Work with Sales Manager to understand and meet lead demand on a weekly basis
• Manage overall marketing spend and marketing calendar to maintain a 10% cost of marketing or less
• Negotiate and purchase media buys for TV, Radio, and News Paper
• Manage manufacture lead programs
• Manage Paid Lead vendors
• Manage PPC vendors
• Work with Website developer to increase content and brand awareness
• Manger social media posts
• Measure and report results

• Strong communications skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, train and motivate others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work weekends
