Job Title: Engineer 

Location: Greater Spokane:

Salary: $65,000-$90,000 + additional compensation

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineer - Manufacturing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of manufacturing processes and related activities. The individual will ensure that the necessary machinery and tooling are available and are maintained in a safe and efficient manner. The candidate will also be responsible for the development of new processes and equipment as well as the optimization of existing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for production, assembly, and quality control.
• Perform research and development of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing activities.
• Ensure that the necessary machinery and tooling are in place and are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement process control plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and investigate process related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with manufacturing tools and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• AutoCAD (nice to have).
• Knowledge of building materials (nice to have).
• Experience with building automation systems (nice to have).
