Job Description
Global manufacturing company with a history of more than 30 years of experience designing and manufacturing medical equipment is looking for a degreed accountant with MRP, inventory, BOM's and cost analysis experience. Prepare, analyze and present inventory, costing reports and financial data to the Executive Management Team to assist with strategies to continue positioning the company for substantial growth. Comprehensive medical, dental, insurance, PTO, 401K, target bonus and more ONLY FLORIDA RESIDENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED; MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING COST AND INVENTORY EXPERIENCE.
salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of Manufacturing cost analysis and inventory
- Compare standard costs to actual costs and provide analysis of cost variances
- Plan and direct activities of the cost function to include transactions affecting inventory and COGS expenses.
- Perform costing of manufactured parts - BOMs, Time & Labor, Burden and Mark-up
- Preparation of key monthly variance account reviews including key indicators and statistics
- Manage partnerships with business line leaders to identify, monitor, and report monthly results and variances vs. forecasts/budgets
- Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Sage experience preferred
