Career Opportunity – Intern - General Aerospace Manufacturing - Acromil LLC - City of Industry

Using state-of-the-art technology, Acromil, LLC in City of Industry, CA has been a primary supplier to the Commercial and Defense Aerospace Industries of complex structural components and assemblies since 1959. Acromil pursues its vision of excellence by providing the highest quality products, on time and at competitive prices within a culture of integrity and pride. This vision led us to the acquisition of a similar business operation located in Corona, CA in September, 2018 for a total footprint of 200,000 square feet. Acromil’s increased capacity will further our goal of being a World Class Supplier.

Our Opportunity

We have 2 part-time temporary positions not to exceed 25 hours per week on a regular basis. The qualified individuals will assist Engineering, Procurement and Program Management.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• The key responsibilities will be to work with Tool Design, Procurement and Program management to status and track tool building requirements along with other duties as assigned.
• The second Position will work closely with the Program Management team to download purchase order changes and enter those changes into the ERP system along with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have 2 years. experience performing a majority of the duties listed above satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability also required. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in an office and Shop Floor Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in the documented Planning of simple Manufacturing operations.
• Person must be a US Person as defined by ITAR Regulations - A "US person" is a citizen of United States, a lawful permanent resident alien of the US, (a "Green Card" holder), a refugee or someone in the USA as a protected political asylum or under amnesty.

Education and/or Experience:

Currently in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
