YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC MANAGER / HVAC SALES MANAGER
This position typically works Monday-Friday from 8 am - 5 pm .
In this heating and air conditioning sales position, you manage sales volume, expense control, market share, and revenue goals. Each day, you build and manage a dynamic, performance-driven team. Serving as a leader, motivator, recruiter, and sales driver, you inspire your team to deliver 5-star service to our clients. To exceed company sales targets, you teach your team how to communicate with customers and ensure a positive experience. All your efforts result in higher lead conversions and fulfill our clients' needs. You feel great about bringing in more business that helps our company grow !
