Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to assist in sourcing and selecting top talent for various client positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to clients.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding processes.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

• Competitive fees based on experience and scope of work. Hourly rates starting from $30/hour or project-based fees to be discussed.
