Finance Manager (F&I) - Capital Nissan of Wilmington

Finance Manager Qualifications

• Automotive Finance experience required 2 years minimum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have exceptional confidence, interpersonal skills
• Friendly, people-oriented personality
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Experience with CDK software a plus
• Available to work required schedule
• Must pass pre-employment background check
• CDK and DealerTrack experience preferred
• Previous automotive finance experience preferred

Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Review customer credit applications
• Sell financing and insurance to customers
• Presents extend service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers
• Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist
• Work closely with sales team, maintains effective employee relations
• Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution
• Ensures adherence to Finance and insurance reporting requirements
• Maintains Customer Service Index at or above established standards
• Participates in required training
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
