Join a leading mortgage company committed to exceptional customer service and innovation in the mortgage lending industry. Our dynamic office, located in Ocala, FL, is seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant to support the Branch Manager in achieving the goal of becoming the #1 local lending branch within a 50-mile radius.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Expertly manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance our online presence.
  • Develop engaging content and monitor social media trends to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Organize and plan events, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed.
  • Follow up with attendees and handle all logistics to ensure successful events.

Task Management:

  • Possess a strong personality capable of holding the Branch Manager accountable for daily tasks, including making 40 outbound calls a day.
  • Provide consistent follow-ups and reminders to keep the Branch Manager on track.

Phone Skills:

  • Demonstrate exceptional phone skills, handling calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring all communications are handled promptly.

Organization:

  • Maintain an extremely organized workspace, managing schedules, files, and tasks with an intense level of attention.
  • Implement systems and processes to enhance office organization and efficiency.

Email Management:

  • Oversee the Branch Manager's email communications, ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality with all information.
  • Respond to emails promptly and manage correspondence effectively.

Transportation:

  • Maintain reliable personal transportation for work-related tasks.
  • Mileage reimbursement will be provided for any travel required by the company.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong personality with excellent leadership and motivational skills.
  • Superior phone communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Previous experience is not required if skill sets are met.
