About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Ideaboxpro, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate meetings.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event logistics are managed efficiently.
• Prepare event materials such as agendas, presentations, and promotional items.
• Manage event registration and attendee communications.
• Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, coordination, and tear-down.
• Maintain detailed records of event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and increase attendance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
