Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC, an established New York State law practice with offices in Albany, New York City, Long Island, and Hudson, is currently seeking a dedicated, motivated Attorney with five (5) to seven (7) years of practice experience in high net worth estate and tax planning. Experience planning and drafting Intentionally Defective Trusts, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Charitable Lead and Charitable Remainder Trusts, and Grantor Retained Trusts preferred. This is an in-office position located in our Latham, New York office.

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets
• Prepare Wills, trusts, and ancillary documents
• Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices
• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action

Pierro, Connor Strauss concentrates its practice on Estate Planning, Estate/Trust Administration, Elder Law, Special Needs, Business Planning, Tax Planning, Guardianship, and Estate Trust Litigation.

Salary is commensurate with experience. The firm provides individual health insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, and paid vacation/sick/personal time.
