Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Manager of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigations Unit, the incumbent conducts varied and complex Equal Employment Opportunity investigations, drafts comprehensive investigative reports, and provides consultative services to management and others. This position has access to classified information on management’s positions regarding employer-employee relations.

Special Requirements

Travel is required. Must possess a valid California Driver's License with a good driving record to conduct investigations.

  • Ability to provide customer service to internal and external entities
  • Ability to interpret laws and policies
  • Ability to write highly technical reports and correspondence
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite software programs
  • Familiarity with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and polices
  • Ability to multi-task and conduct multiple concurrent investigations
