We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our event marketing services to drive revenue and expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their goals.
• Present our services and capabilities to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and pitches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Track and manage sales activities and opportunities in CRM software, maintaining accurate records and following up as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not required.
