Enrolled Agent (EA)
We are working with a well-established accounting firm in the Lima, Ohio area that is looking for an Enrolled Agent with tax preparation experience. This is a 30-person office that has over 6,000 clients that they service in the area. As a new member you will work in an office that is fun, family friendly, intense, demanding, and professionally rewarding.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Enrolled Agent with tax preparation experience. The Enrolled Agent will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and analyzing financial data. This role will require collaboration with clients and colleagues, as well as tax planning and preparation. The individual in this role will have interaction with a wide variety of small business enterprises and proprietors.

Pay is extremely competitive depending on level of experience - $70K - $85K+

Paid vacation with an additional 4 paid personal days
36-hour work week Memorial Day to Halloween
Schedule flexibility - remote / hybrid would be an earned benefit
