Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant or a Front office recepionist that can get certified to join our treatment team. The Cerification will be paid for. In this role, you will work closely with our dentist, assisting in chairside treatments and supporting our commitment to delivering top-quality care. Join us in our mission to provide a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist in all chairside treatments, ensuring patients are informed and comfortable throughout their appointments. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment procedures and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Collaborate with other dental assistants and the dentist to ensure smooth and efficient patient care. Occasionally support front office staff as needed, contributing to the overall success of our practice. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and possess the following credentials/skills: High School diploma or GED equivalent. The Certificaiton will be paid for Experience in patient care, with a strong focus on dental implants, sealants, and taking impressions. Dental Assistant Certification or can get trained and certified. Proficiency with Patterson EagleSoft and iTero Scanning systems.
