Color Designer needed in Portland! We are seeking a talented Color Design Specialist to join our footwear retail clients design team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in color design execution, consumer research, and trend analysis. They will play a pivotal role in shaping the appearance of our products and communication materials to resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute color designs in collaboration with various teams. Research and develop innovative color solutions aligned with market trends. Understand consumer preferences and integrate insights into color decisions. Effectively communicate color direction through presentations and materials. Mentor junior designers and contribute to skill development within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Art, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in color design or related roles. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
