Heart Institute Orlando Health Physician Group (Specialty Practices) Business Classifications B2C About the Role The Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer at the company will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's data-driven strategy, fostering innovation, and driving growth through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. This executive will lead a team of around 60 experts, collaborating closely with other C-suite executives and key internal IT stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and communicating a compelling data vision, advocating for data-driven decision-making, leading the consolidation of an enterprise-wide data and analytics center of excellence, and strategizing with colleagues and external partners to enhance data capabilities. Additionally, the role involves championing efforts to improve the organization's data quality and literacy, leading AI adoption efforts, and developing guidelines for responsible AI usage.Candidates for the Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees preferred, and at least 10 years of functional business experience. A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within data and analytics is required, along with a proven track record in this area. Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, as well as a deep understanding of industry-specific data challenges, particularly in healthcare, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership characteristics, be self-directed, a visionary, and an effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. An analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ethical practices are also key attributes for this role.
