The Role
To prepare food to the required standard of the Head Chef whilst maintaining food and hygiene standards according to company policy. To support the Sous Chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen.
What we need from you
Previous experience working within a kitchen environment
Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is desirable
Positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Excellent grooming standards
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
High level of verbal English
ability to deal calmly with unexpected situations and crises
Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business, shifts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
