This permanent full-time position gives you a better idea of the number of miles and hours each week holds, which means you'll have a better idea of what to expect in every paycheck. And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you're less likely to be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.
- Competitive pay:
- Average $1,700 per week/$88,400 per year
- Starting pay .65 cpm
- Top pay of .675 cpm reached within 180 days
- Average 2,350 miles per week
- Stop pay is $26 per stop
- Average 4 stops per week
- Breakdown, layover and detention pay available
- Company sponsored per diem program
- Home every week
- Most routes start Friday or Saturday
- Driver will be home during the week depending on the route
- Drivers will be rotating routes
- Runs from: Irving, TX; Greenville, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Brampton, ON; Long Beach, CA; Edmonton, AB; and Miami, FL
- Most deliveries will be dock customer unload but some will be pallet jack to rear of trailer with customer unload
- Some drop and hook but most live customer unload
- Product is chemicals in totes and drums (palletized), drivers will be required to have HazMat, Tanker, and a valid passport
- Must be certified to pull a flatbed, training will be provided if needed. There is one flatbed route, all current account drivers can fill in if needed. CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits:

- Must live within a 100-mile radius
- Minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, including 6 months' of OTR experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker
- Must have a passport or be able to apply for passport within 30 days of hire and obtain within 120 days of hire date
- No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
- No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
- No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too close, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality
- No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
- No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Essential functions:
- Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
- Count freight
- Complete fuel tickets
- Obtain sales leads
- Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
- Perform pre-trip inspections
- Drive
- Regular predictable attendance
- Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
- Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
