Job Description

**I.****General Summary:** Complete month end duties such as journal entries, labor and expense analysis, sales and cogs analysis and balance sheet account reconciliations. Perform accounting processes related to inventory receiving confirmations and accounts payable data review and general office support processes. **II. Essential Job Functions:** A. Confirm inventory receipts data to packing lists and file supporting paperwork. B. Code incoming AP invoices in Inspyrus system and forward for approvals. C. File Accounts Payable invoices and supporting documents. D. Maintain company vehicles tracking and maintenance schedules. E. Order office supplies restocking. F. Analyze and prepare monthly reports for manufacturing variances and purchase price variances. G. Review purchased material standard cost for accuracy. Track all standard cost and selling price changes. H. Assist with (co-chair) quarterly physical inventory counts and fixed assets annual Physical Inventory and tagging of fixed assets as needed. I. Compile and distribute scrap information. J. Monitor inventory value report for abnormalities & process adjustments as needed. K. Complete month-end accounting close duties such as journal entries, review health insurance, labor analysis, intercompany charges. L. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations. **Other Functions for growthcross-training opportunities:** M. Support all payroll processes within the plant and serve as a liaison between employees and payroll department for all time, supplemental pay, garnishments, etc. N. Prepare internal report of payroll, overtime, etc. for management review. O. Support internalexternal audit requests and reporting. P. Support special requestsreports as needed. Q. Support BOM audits with Production Control (PC) and Manufacturing and participate in BOM cost deconstruction (tear downs). **III.****Minimum QualificationsRequirements** : **Education:** • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. **Experience:** • Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in an Accounting role in a manufacturing environment. **PersonalTechnical Skills:** • Must have knowledge of basic cost accounting, business finance, standard cost and inventory valuation. • Requires an understanding of the interrelationships of cost accounting and data processing.

• Strong multitasking and organization skills.
• General understanding and working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Strong customer service orientation with both internal and external

customers (works with all departments). • Ability to maintain specified financial files, records and logs (specifically Excel spreadsheets). • Ability to research and compile data to prepare reports, recaps and summaries (visualization). • Strong initiative and sound judgment are required to complete tasks efficiently, maintain accuracy and meet time schedules. • Thorough knowledge of company accountingfinancial reporting procedures, policies and requirements.

• Excellent math skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Must be familiar with manufacturing procedures and terminology.
• Must be very detail oriented.

**Language Skills:** • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Japanese or Spanish is a plus). **ComputerSoftware:**

• Requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (i.e., Oracle) experience helpful,

but not required • Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). **IV.****Work EnvironmentConditions** :
