About the Position: Are you an undergraduate student eager to gain hands-on experience in finance or investment banking? Join our summer internship program which offers the opportunity to dive into mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and consulting while collaborating with Aldrich's Capital Team.
As an intern, you'll work closely with our Capital Team and connect with various service teams across Aldrich. This internship is designed to build your skills through focused education, diverse experiences, and measurable achievements. By offering broad exposure and real-world experience, you'll develop essential investment banking skills to support our clients and jumpstart your career in this dynamic industry.
Requirements
You'll Get a Chance To: - Perform financial analysis including company valuations, projections, and pro-forma financial statements
- Help prepare client presentations and deal marketing materials
- Conduct market research and industry analysis
- Assist with transaction due diligence and data management
- Assist with business transition consulting projects
What You Bring to the Team: - Expected Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics, or experience in a related field from an accredited college/university by 2026 or 2027
- Willingness to take initiative and strong follow-through skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ambition with a desire to continually improve
What You Should Know: The summer internship program is expected to be around 30 hours a week for 7 weeks. This is a temporary non-exempt position and will be required to be in person. As a temporary employee, you will be eligible for 401k but will not receive other benefits typically provided to full-time employees.

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensations decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the internship is $23.00-$26.00 per hour.
